Services: The Opportunity Studio provides a range of services, which may include, but are not limited to, creating new products, services and ventures for companies as part of a contractual agreement.
Payment: The customer shall purchase the services offered via this website in accordance with the options provided. Upon receipt of payment, email communication will be provided to confirm the details received and the delivery timeframe for the service.
Confidentiality: The Opportunity Studio and the customer shall maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged between them, including but not limited to, personal information, business plans, financial information, and marketing strategies.
Intellectual Property: The customer shall retain all intellectual property rights in any material provided to The Opportunity Studio for the purposes of providing its services. The Opportunity Studio shall retain all intellectual property rights in any material created by The Opportunity Studio in the course of providing its services.
Limitation of Liability: The Opportunity Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its services. The Opportunity Studio’s total liability arising out of or in connection with its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer to The Opportunity Studio.
Termination: Subject to contract.
Governing Law: These T&C’s shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to T&C’s: The Opportunity Studio reserves the right to make changes to these T&C’s at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
